Behold the earth that’s stretched upon the waters.
The sun, the moon that shine like our Creator,
Who’s loving majesty endures forever!
The sun to light the skies with bluest colors.
The moon and stars to watch when skies are darker.
His loving mercy will endure forever!
He took the prince of Egypt to deliver
His children Israel from chains of slavers
With the outstretched arm and hand of a Savior.
Your loving favor, God, endures forever!
You led Your flock through seas You tore asunder.
Beneath the waters, Pharoah’s men were covered.
Oh how Your righteous love endures forever!
You held Your childrens’ hands through barren deserts
And into realms of mighty kings You conquered
Because Your goodly love endures forever!
The wicked King Sihon and all his warriors –
And Og the giant trusting in his power –
Hear how our God’s love will endure forever!
You gave their lands to Israel to nurture,
A dwelling place bequeathed to sons and daughters.
Embrace God’s love that endures forever!
To You who sees our frailty and remembers,
Who feeds a feast of freedom to His creatures.
We thank You, dear God, our heavenly Father
Because Your hesed-heart endures forever!
