May God, my God
Be full of grace
And bless us all
And show His face
That we on Earth
May know His ways
And all the lands
Will hear He saves!
May every man,
Each woman, child,
The young, the old,
The wild and mild,
Both rich and poor,
From east and west,
Each one that’s free
And all repressed,
In prison cells,
And those alone,
Where princes dwell,
Each color tone,
From every home,
And every tribe,
And those unknown
Not here described —
Bring praise to God,
May all bring praise!
Oh bow our knees
With hands upraised.
Let there be joy,
May nations sing!
Where’s justice found?
In God our King!
He rules with love
And equity.
He leads with love’s
Integrity,
And this is how
He shepherds me,
With open arms
Eternally!
Let’s praise our God,
All peoples praise,
On bended knees
With hands upraised.
Let’s praise our God!
The One who saves!
My hands applaud
The One I crave!
The earth will yield
It’s annual fruit,
Each harvest rich
From seed and shoot.
Our God does bless
Us year by year
Instilling life
Through sweat and tears.
May God, my God
Still bless each day,
The life He gives,
The Earth He made.
May living ones,
Where e’er we trod
On this green land,
Still fear our God!
